State Plan / Funding
The Developmental Disabilities Act of 2000 and the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (OIDD) require the development of a Five-Year State Plan which addresses the needs of people with developmental disabilities and their families. Goals and objectives from each state plan are met through Council investments (grants, programs, and projects). Outcomes from Council investments are tracked and recorded from pre-determined performance targets and then reported to OIDD in the Annual Program Performance Report.
