MS State Plan

The DD Act of 2000 and the Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities require the development of a five year state plan which addresses the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families. Goals and objectives from each state plan are met through Council investments (grants, programs, and/or projects). Outcomes from Council investments are tracked and recorded from pre-determined performance targets and then reported to AIDD in the Annual Program Performance Report.
